About this Course

Take control of your edges in an on-ice private lesson that breaks down the fundamental components of skating efficiency, power, balance, and agility which will enhance the skills of the player through individual error detection and correction. Classes include work on using all four edges of your skate blade, full-stride extension, recovery, balance, pivots, crossovers, tight turns, backwards skating, agility, and stops. This program is suitable for participants who are registered and currently participating in a hockey or ringette program at the Rep or House League level. CSA-approved hockey helmet with facemask, gloves and hockey stick are mandatory. Full equipment is optional.
